Chat with them to close sales and provide real time service. Putting a small Javascript on your web pages shows the LiveSupport icon. If an operator is online, the icon shows it clearly and the visitors can click on the icon to engage in live chat with the operator. If no operator is online, visitors can still leave a message. If a support person is online, the user clearly knows this when the icon says .
